mac laptop and desktop warranties are worldwide; wherever you are, if the laptop breaks, you can bring it into the local authorized apple resellers and they'll probably repair it for you under the warranty. Also, the adapter is not a problem, for you can buy a separate voltage adapter for a cheap price, but usually the adapter that comes with the laptop can convert the voltage to the appropriate level, but check the manual to be sure how much volts the adapter can handle.

The warranty is good where ever you buy it. If you had an issue with the repair being done they may ask you to send it back to them to fix it, other than that the Apple Care warranty is good any where. Good luck, I love my Mac Book Pro

Voltage should be a non issue as the power adapter usually will work with voltages from 105-230 volts. Read the adapter to be sure before plugging it in.
