Can I return an item that I purchased from a Best Buy far away to a nearby location?
I bought a Dell Studio 1537 laptop from Best Buy at riverside, but i live in Los Angeles. i found that the laptop was used and the CD's were scratched and opened. I want to return the laptop for a different model.

Even if you bought it from a best buy across the country. All you need is a receipt and make sure you return it within 30 days of purchase. Good luck.
