can you trade in used laptops to help the cost of a new one?

well there is no way of knowing with out knowing what computer you have ane EXACTLY the condition so sorry i cant realy answer
Best Buy has an online trade in program, but they will give you almost nothing for it, the thing is that laptops running windows lose their resell value tremendously
