I just bought a used Apple Ibook laptop.. You can see it here:

Then I bought a Linksys wireless router.. You can see it here:

The laptop does NOT come with an airport card.. Will this router work if I want to plug it into my already existing cable modem? I want wireless internet on the laptop.. Also, I think I need an apple airport card but they are expensive!! Anyone know where I can find the one that I need for cheap?? Thanks!

First thats a really cool machine, but I think with that price plus the shipping charges. You have already paid about $38 more then that model is worth IMHO. I’d be really careful about spending more money to upgrade it.
If you are still determined, you need an old school Apple Airport (M7600LL/E) 802.11b Wireless Adapter (starting price $49), like this one.

You could experience some compatibility issues between that very old Airport card and the new Linksys router. The only way to know is to try it out.
If you can get that to work, I expect that you will probably feel the need to upgrade the memory, hard drive, and operating system. All of which is are not up to todays standards. All of those upgrades will be in excess of the value of the machine.
Before you start upgrading, you should probably consider if your money might not be better spent as a down payment on a newer MacBook. Which would be ready to go right out of the box.
