Should I just buy iWork or Office 2008 for Mac for my Macbook Pro?
I'm buying a laptop for college for next year and I dont know if I should by iWork or Office 200 for Mac. Or should I just get both? I'm going to use the laptop for presentations and word processing, so what should I get?

I’ve been very happy with iWork so far, though I’ve only used Pages and Numbers. Pages has a wonderful interface and handles MS Word docs very nicely (both opening them and saving to that format).
Numbers is a very nice program with some cool features that Excel lacks (such as the ability to have separate "tables" within a single worksheet) but to be honest Excel is probably a better program. Numbers has some issues when copy/pasting cells with formulas.
Hope this helps. Good luck!
Office 2008 is better!!!
