I bought a Dell Studio 1537 laptop from Best Buy at riverside, but i live in Los Angeles. i found that the laptop was used and the CD's were scratched and opened. I want to return the laptop for a different model.
i want to buy a laptop soon but i look on best buy and the one i want to buy is like 0 and i want a cheaper one. can anybody tell me a good website to buy cheap DELL laptops?
For sometime now I have been thinking of purchasing an Apple laptop. However I'm not really sure what features to look for. I saw these two laptops:

I'd like to know what the main difference between the two is, which would I get ''more bang for my buck''? And would it be better to buy this laptop from Best Buy or apple.com, or Circuit City since there going out of business and would mark things down real cheap?
If I end up purchasing it from Best Buy, I'd use my 0 Best Buy card, and pay the rest either on the credit card or my debit card.
Recently I my dell laptop (with vista) screwed up itunes. Now the program doesn't work, and I can't reinstall it. Vista has been given me a hard time since I upgraded. I would like to sell pc to a retailer if possible. Does anyone know if best buy purchases used laptops, and if they don't does anyone know a respectable site that will purchase my used laptop?

I bought a Dell laptop from Best Buy last October (bought it for about 0). Here are the things that is wrong with it: won't connect to internet (it will connect but it needs to be plugged in), freezes if left for more than 5 minutes, randomly deleted one of the games that came with the computer, just has some random spastic issues such as the webcam flickering on for a moment and turning back off.
Since my computer is less than a year old, I feel like it can at least be salvaged for parts. Physically it is in great condition. I don't want to take it somewhere to get it fixed because I don't want to risk paying 0+ to get it fixed, get ripped off, and then have it still have some problems. I feel like this computer would be ideal for someone that likes to work with computers because they could mess around with it and probably fix it by themselves.
If nothing else, how much could I sell the "parts" for?
*Also, I'm planning on using Ebay, so I guess I'm wondering how much I should start the bidding price at.
