]]> I don’t use my computer for serious gaming, but I would very much like the thing to be fast and not to hang up when I inadvertently have four or five programs running simultaneously. Right now, the new Mac Book I’d like would run nearly 00, while one could get a pretty sweet i-Book for around half that price. (p.s. I think the first Intel-based Mac Books are shipping this week, so maybe someone with the desktop model could weigh in?) Thank you VERY much for your help.

Would you concider this a good buy? I used imac’s in highschool but I own a Dell laptop. I am interested in the MacBook because of the fun things I can do with photos and videos.

What is your opinion? Should I opt to buy more Hard Drive space/Memory?

and the laptop’s ability to play games (e.g. N64 Emulators and games like Halo and Oblivion) is pretty much the deciding factor between these computers. That and overall function.

The first laptop which I am leaning towards is a
HP Dv5000 LAPTOP(intel 1.7 dual pro, 2g ram, 80g, 256m graphic card)
The guy is asking 0 for this
Is this a good deal?
Its used but in good condition.
Also this guy will apparently install Norton Anti virus for a year
Which I told him sure
Even though I pay for McAfee

Also there is another laptop

DELL LATITUDE D600 1.6GHZ 1024MB 40GB CDRW/DVD WIFI XP PRO LAPTOP

and 5 is being asked for this one

]]> I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 that i got in april, it is practically new. 80 GB hard drive, 1 GB Ram, Intel Celron 550 Processor, 15.4" Wide/HD/No glare screen, Black finish, hd sound, 6 cell battery, ac adaptor, Windows Vista Premium, all manuals and disc(windows and dell driver disc).
No scratches, no flaws, no problems. I changed my major and I am going to need a more advanced computer that is capable of more things(video/sound editing, etc.)

1. How much money should i ask/expect for this laptop?
2. What are good places to sell the laptop to? (Yeah I know ebay..how much would a pawn shop offer? Any online stores that buy used laptops? Will Dell buy it back and sell as refurbished?)
