Recently I my dell laptop (with vista) screwed up itunes. Now the program doesn’t work, and I can’t reinstall it. Vista has been given me a hard time since I upgraded. I would like to sell pc to a retailer if possible. Does anyone know if best buy purchases used laptops, and if they don’t does anyone know a respectable site that will purchase my used laptop?

I want to apply something to my laptops bottom, but can’t find any good glue for it so I thought the glue used on the labels applied to my laptop might be the best option.

When you peal off those labels, there is thin almost rubber like glue that is very clear. I don’t think crazy glue is what I am looking for since that can’t be spread around easily.

i might buy a laptop and i am keen on the new apple macbook pro 17". keep in note that i have never used an apple computer/laptop in my life and i have no idea about apple hardware/software and apple computer products.

i dont mind microsoft laptops but i have had bad experiences with microsoft products in my life, they are just too complicated and are not orgnized,(a recent study by CNET that 88% of microsoft computer users do not even use the applications on microsoft and they do not even use the full processing power of a microsoft computer!)

is there going to be a future apple laptop because i wouldnt like to get a macbook pro and a new apple laptop comes out!

I’m extremely certain that I’ll buy a mac book pro but I need some good advices.
I’m a graphic designer and I do heaps of photoshopping, flash, illustrating etc and I’m planning to buy a laptop that I can take with me. I use mac at work and at university but I’m using a toshiba laptop at home at the moment which I hate now. It fails me badly….
I use mac all the time for designing at work+ uni but I heard from my friends who owns macs that webcam doesnt work, their tablets doesnt work, msn doesnt work…heaps of stuff doesnt work..

Before I buy a mac I want to know if there is other good laptops that I could buy instead of a mac.

I have to give all my details to my family so they can buy it for me and I’m also wondering what sort of programs are recommended for me to buy. I need a list ready in a few days..

I just bought a used dell c400 laptop off of ebay for my daughter. I have very little expierence with laptops. I asked the seller what I had to do for it to be internet ready and he said this computer has a plug in for a Lan cable for connecting to the internet. Can someone please explain and tell me what I will have to buy to make it internet ready. I have a desktop at home with high speed internet. I would like it know what the lan cable is for and how I can make it wireless. I don’t think it has a cd rom or a floppy drive. Thanks.

I’m into retail and wholesale of used laptops. I usually buy from both individuals and wholesalers, who purchase in truckload quantities. I have sales tax permit, DBA, and everything, and I’m from Houston, TX.

I’d like to know where/how I could find more reliable source of supplies for used laptops? which state/city? Most of my sources are from words-of-mouth.

I’m in retail, wholesale, and export of used / pre-owned laptops in Houston, TX. I have many suppliers locally and some out of states, but I’m not very happy with some of them in terms of customer service and promises that do not deliver repeatedly. Does anyone know where i can get a used laptop that runs on Dell, HP, or Windows XP? I live in Uniontown Pennsylvania. I would like to find somewhere reletively close and I’m looking for a place that sells decent laptops that were once used.
