What is a good site to buy used laptops?

I need to buy a laptop, preferably under 0. I need the keyboard to include accents and characters (êěóò£šßöã§ç) as well.
Does anyone know of an online store that would have a computer like this?
EDIT: I do not know much about computers, but I need it to be fast and able to hold a lot of files on the hard drive.

try tigerdirect, its the only website i know for selling laptops below 300 though.
I’d start with ebay. http://www.dellauction.com is a great place too.
Don’t expect to get much for 300.00, even in a used laptop. Dell
sells used, refurbished laptops. Tiger direct sells some. Ebay
and Craigslist have some, but I wouldn’t buy anything from either
site. You might want to look into a netbook, although they are
smaller and don’t come with a built in optical drive.

The safest bet is to buy a refurbished model directly from the manufacturer. Dell and Lenovo include a full warranty (1-year, in most cases) with their refurbished units. Toshiba and HP warranty theirs for 90-days.

If you can possibly spend $400, Dell currently has the Inspiron 15 priced at $399! For that price, it includes the following-
Pacific Blue exterior color
2.16GHz Intel Celeron 585 processor
Windows Vista Home Basic
15.6" 1366×768 LED-backlit Display
2GB DDR2-800 RAM
160GB hard drive
DVD RW
Intel GMA 4500MHD graphics
Dell 1397-G wireless card
1-year warranty

You may want to look into -> Refurbished laptops.
These are laptops that were sent back to the seller. Such as Tigerdirect, for example.
What may have transpired is that the buyer didn’t want the laptop, and sent it back. A seller, such as Tigerdirect, (They aren’t the only one’s. I’m just using them as an example), cannot sell the laptop now, for a new price.
Plus, they need to be able to guarantee the laptop, is just like it was when it’s new.
If they had laptops come back to them, because something was wrong with them, they wouldn’t be in business for very long!
They send the laptop back to the laptop manufacturer that made it.
The laptop manufacturer checks the laptop out THOROUGHLY, and if it checks out okay, sends it back to the seller with a certificate stating so.
It has been ‘Recertified’.
Examples using Tigerdirect,

Sorry, but you have to check all 15 pages.
Laptops that new and are up to $499.99

What will a 120GB harddrive hold?
Example,
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3435033&CatId=1277
30 two-hour DVD-quality movies or
- 120 hours of VHS-quality video or
- 82 days of around-the-clock MP3 audio or
- 30,000 vivid digital photos or
- 170 action-packed games!
As for actual file size,
Each BYTE is 8 characters.
1,024 Bytes = 1KiloByte
1,024KB =1MegaByte
1,024MB =1GB
The 120GB harddrive has 120 GigaBytes.
I’ll let you do the math from here.
I think you should buy from the market because there you can check everything your self because purchasing used laptop is a risk so you should check them personally while purchasing.
