What is the clear glue used to apply the foil like labels such as the ‘windows xp’ logos used on laptops?

I want to apply something to my laptops bottom, but can’t find any good glue for it so I thought the glue used on the labels applied to my laptop might be the best option.

When you peal off those labels, there is thin almost rubber like glue that is very clear. I don’t think crazy glue is what I am looking for since that can’t be spread around easily.

try crazy glue or loctite(super glue, not loctite for bolts and stuff)
they are epoxy glues that factories use (just smaller and safe for home use)
