Where can I buy tips so that my laptop AC/DC adopters can be used for different laptops?

As mentione above..You can get a universal kit that comes with 8-10 different ends..best place is probally Radio Shack..
I have not seen any manufacturer produce tips for other machines. What I have seen is universal units that have most of the connectors for the various machines.
