I'm 12 and getting a laptop for my 13th bday but i don't know where to get cheap laptops. and good ones. so can you suggest any places to buy laptops under 0?

Ah 12 years old going on 13. First off congratulations! for 400 dollars you can get an Acer Aspire One netbook which should be able to handle those youtube videos and surfing the internet. With 400 dollars you cannot expect to do much unless you will be buying used notebooks such as the thinkpads. If you do not mind getting a used notebook for about 400 dollars you should look into the people on craigslist selling thinkpad t60′s. there are many of them. The only thing is that you have to wach out. being only 12 years old you should get an older brother or cousin at least around 17 or 18 to help you get one. Hope this helps!
