I want a laptop for school next year- one that is pretty new but with little money to spend on a new computer, I'm looking for any sort of website that has used ones.

I think if you wanna buy laptops of Mac so you should go to the original Macbook developers.
If you have a small budget for purchasing a computer, maybe you could try a rental shop instead. They offer different brands of laptops and models that would fit your preference. The good thing about renting is that you get to try out different models that would suit your needs, without having to pay a high price.
